One of the things that I like about living in San Francisco is the unique house plans.

In lots of areas in this country, folk use their money to build mega-mansions. Rather than going for seemly, fascinating homes that express something, they try and build the largest, most pricey thing that they can to show off their wealth. The best thing about having some money is having the ability to express your feelings in your living situation. Coming up with your own unique house plan is sort of tricky as I worked out myself. There are lots of unique designs, but finding the ideal one could be a comprehensive process.

In my case, I had to have a look at well over a hundred different designs before I found the ideal unique house plans. It really was one of the plans I had at first considered, but when I looked at it in more detail it was perfect. There's lots of outside space besieged by awnings which protect it from the wind. Since the weather is so mild there, this meant that I had capability to amuse outside year-long. This is a great luxury for someone that enjoys inviting plenty of guests over to their home.

I actually have taken advantage of it since that time.
